We also prepare end-to-end data flow maps that allow us to easily identify the areas of improvement and the solutions.

We focus on using the tools and capabilities that are already part of the existing IT landscape to implement the required solutions prior to evaluating other alternatives. This allows us to focus on delivering value quickly.

The iniitial analysis we perform also allows us to identify the KPIs that need to be tracked and monitored to ensure a successful implementation and value realization. We will partner with Customer IT and Business teams to develop processes to track and monitor these KPIs as well.
